Lucinda and her husband Bryan run a large cattle genetics enterprise in the Murray Valley which has come to be among the top marketers of Angus genetics at auction in NSW.
She is also a Director on the Board of Meat and Livestock Australia.
With a lifelong love of agriculture, Lucinda has enjoyed being engaged in niche primary production fields, having been a successful goat producer and CEO of the Cashmere Growers Association.
When Lucinda began ARLP 6 in 1998, as a wool and beef producer based in Bowna in NSW. She was on the editorial board of the Beef Improvement News and on the National Producer Committee of the MRC Business Skills and Benchmarking Project.
Lucinda was Founder and Secretary of the Fowlers/Wagra Creek Landcare Group, Secretary of Performance Plus Beef Breeders, and a Member of the MRC Sustainable Grazing Systems SW Slopes Committee. Lucinda has a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Hons 1).
